Uummannaq Seasafaris ApS has a product insurance. And we use only boats approved by the Danish Maritime Authority for passenger service with a valid insurance.
Booking and purchase
You can book and pay for excursions or activities through our website www.uummannaqseasafaris.gl. Reservations is first finally confirmed when online payment is completed and a screen telling you that the payment has gone through. Via email address you can also book excursions or activities. We need your name, address, email, address and phone number to contact you in case of cancellation of a tour. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your email address. Once we have received your payment you will receive a confirmation email, which is also your ticket to our excursion. You must bring your ticket when you coming on board and the ticket is personal you have to bring photo ID.
Uummannaq Seasafaris ApS reserves the right to cancel tours / trips in the following cases. Technical problems on our boat, bad weather, ice conditions, few participants, disease in the crew or in cases outside the Uummannaq Seasafaris ApS control. In these cases the tour / trip the full amount will be refunded. It is only the captain of the boat who makes decisions in these matters. Of course we will also trying to find alternative ways like another time or another date, so it can fit to our guest visit program while he or she is in Greenland.
Cancel by costumer
Cancel of a tour / activity before 30 days all bookings of a tour / activity full amount will be refunded.
Cancel of a tour / activity after 21 days before tour / activity start there will be charge 35% of the amount.
Cancel of a tour / activity less than 72 hours before tour / activity start there will be charge 60% of the amount.
Journey to Uummannaq there may be delays in the airlines and shipping. Uummannaq Seasafaris ApS is not responsible for these matters. But we will try to find alternatives if the delays affecting the tour that our customer have ordered and paid for.
Luggage & Equipment
You can bring your luggage or equipment with you at your own risk. Uummannaq Seasafaris ApS is not responsible of any damage to passengers carried luggage and equipment.
Uummannaq Seasafaris ApS reserves the right to make changes in schedules, prices like (fuel, taxes, etc.) we have done our best to avoid misprint in our advertisements and in our website, but of course it could occur.
